  • I have been working at Gio’s Little Angels Daycare for 2 and a half years as an assistant. My daughters attended Gio’s as small children and our youngest is now 21. When my husband and I dropped our girls off, we were very comfortable with the care that was being provided. It was like having them being cared for by family. When the opportunity came for me to work here, I was very excited, as this would allow me to provide the same level of care that my girls received. Early childhood care is so important as children learn social skills in addition to gross and fine motor skills.   • “Gio's Little Angels Daycare.... what can I say, I've been employed here for 18+ years. My experience has been AMAZING, it's very nurturing and family oriented environment. This is our home away from home. The staff is knowledgeable, nurturing, and experienced in the care of children; we are CPR certified, MAT certified and CDA trained so we are ready. My biggest peeve is the children aging out from our care. We watch them grow daily so it’s sad when they leave. Although, it’s a great feeling when they return and share their accomplishments throughout the years whether it be graduation from kindergarten to college and having families of their own, or just to say hi… many of the children now adults, keep in touch. That makes my heart flutter. The appreciation from moms, dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles, lets us know we’ve done a great job here at Gio's Little Angels”

  • Gigi's Daycare is not just any ordinary daycare. People often ask me... "why would you travel so far?" Gigi and her staff provide the most exceptional care that there is. Their love and dedication for the children they care for is admirable. They come into work each day with patience, love and encouragement for both the child and parents. They watched over my kids for 3 years. Although we were so sad to leave, I know that my children have the tools and knowledge they need to navigate Pre-K this year and the grades to come!   • Our daughter has been going to Gio's Little Angels since she was five months old and is now three. Gio and her staff love our daughter. We don't need to actually see the kind of treatment they give her to know this. We can tell they love our daughter by the excitement she shows when we drop her, by the way she doesn't want to come home with us sometimes when we pick her up, by the way she says "I want to go home" but she's already home and is talking about being with Gigi & by her accidentally calling Bobette "mommy." With this being our daughters last year at Gio's Little Angels, we're a bit worried how she's going to transition into pre-k because we know how much she's going to miss Gio's Little Angels. She didn't cry or have separation anxiety when we enrolled her but we can foresee that happening when she goes to pre-k. We can foresee the "I want to go to Gigi" when the time comes. As a child protective specialist (Elesha), I have toured a number of daycares; both facilities and home-based. In my professional and personal opinion, Gio's Little Angels is one of the cleanest and organized home-based daycares I have seen. They provide a space for open communication with parents regarding any questions or concerns and make it a priority in ensuring your child is learning, developing & safe. Personally my daughter enjoys being in Gigi's care and I have a special love, respect and admiration for Gigi and staff with how well they treat my daughter. I would highly recommend this small, mighty and a home away from home daycare.
